I have been an acupuncture and Chinese Medicine patient myself for over ten years experiencing firsthand how profoundly transformative this medicine can be. This has truly inspired me to help guide my patients down their own path towards healing. I graduated from Middle Way Acupuncture Institute in Mount Vernon, Washington in 2020 & am a licensed acupuncturist in Washington State & board certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncturists (NCCAOM).

I found Chinese Medicine through my own journey with painful periods which largely contributed to my interest in reproductive health leading me to spend my last year of school researching causes & treatments for postpartum depression, anxiety & psychosis. I have continued to pursue continuing education in fertility, pregnancy, birth & postpartum.   

I have also successfully completed a facial rejuvenation cupping & gua sha continuing education class learning to treat cosmetic complaints as well as classes in Qi Gong & treating young children & teens. My clinical interests also include musculoskeletal pain, food allergies/sensitivities & mental health.

 

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. In my free time I like to go on light hikes, garden & paddle board with my friends & family when the weather allows it. I also enjoy crocheting, music, my house plants & trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
