The package treatments are non refundable and expire eight months after the date of purchase, they may be purchased at the time of service. Thank you for your understanding.   

I offer a 5% student discount on all of my treatments for current students.

Payment is due at time of service. Card and cash are accepted. Discounts are taken at the time of service.
 
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours I charge half the price of treatment. If you don't talk with me beforehand and don't show up for your appointment I charge the full price of your service as a cancelation fee.

I don't work directly with insurance companies but I'm more than happy to provide you with a superbill for the 1 hour acupuncture treatments. To do so I need to know you would like a superbill before starting your treatment. Please check with your insurance company prior to your appointment about your plans acupuncture coverage and superbill reimbursement as I can not guarantee reimbursement.
