The package treatments are non refundable and expire eight months after the date of purchase, they may be purchased at the time of service. Thank you for your understanding.   

Payment is due at time of service. Card and cash are accepted. Discounts are taken at the time of service.
 
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours I charge half the price of treatment. If you don't talk with me beforehand and don't show up for your appointment I charge the full price of your service as a cancelation fee.

I don't work directly with insurance companies but I'm more than happy to provide you with a superbill for the 1 hour acupuncture treatments. To do so I need to know you would like a superbill before starting your treatment. Please check with your insurance company prior to your appointment about your plans out of network acupuncture coverage and superbill reimbursement as I can not guarantee reimbursement.
